Product prices can be entered in any currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CZK, PLN, etc.) and are automatically converted to the main currency specified by the user.
When managing multiple warehouses, you can specify different selling prices in each warehouse.
It is up to the user to decide whether to include purchase prices in the stock document printouts. When issuing invoices, it is possible to specify from which warehouse the products are taken. This ensures that the system knows the exact status of the products in each warehouse.
The account owner can restrict access to selected warehouses to individual users invited to the system. Users will only be able to retrieve products for invoicing from assigned warehouses.

Recording of costs

You can enter data on invoices and other purchase documents into the system together with attachments of their scanned versions in PDF format. By entering purchase and sales receipts, you can track your company's finances in real-time with the reports available.
Recurring invoices
At Creative Inc ltd , we take care of automating the documentation flow in your company. If you have a customer that you invoice every two months or every quarter, for example, we have a solution for you.
At intervals of your choosing, new invoices will appear in the system and an email will be sent to the system administrator informing them of the latest invoice. Such invoices can also be automatically sent to the customer's email address.
Multiple users

You can create accounts for colleagues or grant access to accounting office staff. Users with restricted access will only be able, for example, to view and send new documents as they appear but will not be able to create them.

If you run multiple companies, Creative Inc ltd . makes it easy to manage invoices in each of them. With a single login, you can access all companies and easily switch between them.
Each company has a separate account in the system and separate reporting.
This allows you to invoice from any computer that is online on behalf of a specific company. This will save you time and money, plus you'll always have all your documents at hand.
Multiple departments
If your company has multiple departments, you can keep them all in a single account. You can use separate invoice numbering within each department, as well as give selected users access only to selected departments. In addition, each department can have individual or shared reporting.
Product database
Thanks to Creative Inc ltd .'s autofill feature, only the customer data fields are not automatically filled in.
If you have an assortment of products that you frequently sell, the program will allow you to store them in a product database. This way, you no longer have to enter their full names when issuing an invoice – our E-Invoicing System will suggest them to you.
You can also manage product stock levels (by enabling the warehouse option) so you have a real-time overview of the status of your goods.
Price offer
A price offer is a non-accounting document that you can use to make an offer to a customer. With it, you can simultaneously showcase the product in a graphical format as well as overview the proposed prices for a given transaction.
